{Take the 100 Things challenge!}

I am ashamed to admit that I've never read the books by A.C.Doyle, if I don't count several shorter stories from here and there. But I was brought up on the Sherlock Holmes Granada Series and loved it dearly. Jeremy Brett remains my first and truest Sherlock. That doesn't mean that I don't love the other ones though. There are three portrayals that have a place in my fannish heart - and one more for Watson:-)

JEREMY BRETT

He could pull off any kind of hat and still look awesome!

He's my most serious Sherlock Holmes - the one I picture when I hear the name.

ROBERT DOWNEY JUNIOR

He's the really hot, sexy and snarky one - oh, and also the one I find the most funny, because hello... snark:-)

BENEDICT CUMBERBATCH

I don't think this one even needs explaining. A younger Sherlock, witty and funny and sexy and... oh, just take a look yourself:-)
